On the front flyleaf is the manuscript inscription, “Margaret Landford her book.” On the title page her name is written again in ink as “Margerd Lanford.” Still bound in its original publisher’s binding, leather over paper boards, with five metal studs in the covers. Both covers are now loose but still attached. Some light browning and slight foxing of the pages, not affecting readability. Now housed in a custom-made folding box. The title translated into English: The Holy Bible; namely the Old and New Testaments: with explanatory notes, and discussions on the chapter content. By the Rev. Samuel Clark, M.A. . Also, all the reference goals of the Rev. John Brown, at the edge of the page. Translated into Welsh, for the benefit of the Welsh; out of the last edition in English; by John Humphreys.
