Dr. Glen Boles 1913-2009, the dedicatee, was first a child movie actor, then an actor on Broadway before enrolling at Columbia University where he studied after World War II, in which he served as a code-breaker. At Columbia, he studied with Margaret Meade and earned a PhD in psychology and practiced as such for a half-century in New York City.
