Fillmore,” signed in ink by the thirteenth President of the United States (1850-1853), who succeeded to the Presidency on the death of Zachary Taylor in 1850. Millard Fillmore was the last Whig president. Mounted on two pieces of old paper, measuring 3 in x 5 in. With a post office stamp, “Free” and part of a circular date stamp. Fair condition.
