Heath, title page, 6 plates; Nautical Dictionary, title page, 6 plates; The Art of Tormenting, title page, 6 plates; Scenes in London, 12 plates with 4 individual numbered images on each plate 1-20; 21 numbered as 25, 22-47, 48 numbered as 21; Sayings & Doings, 5 plates; i] 60 plates total.

Bound in original publisher’s brown cloth, now worn, with a repaired spine, front hinge cracked,  with gilt title on the front cover. Plate 5 in Demonology is loose. Occasional foxing, heavier on the last plate. A presentation inscription in ink: “Miss Gladys Mendum To you, a happy New Year and all, / that Heaven Can Send, / Long life, long youth, good health, / pleasure and a friend, / truely [sic] yours. / J. A. Mendum 1898.”
