Bentinck, the Duke of Portland, and the then one-time Prime Minister, serving here as Home Secretary, 1 page, 9 ¼ inches x 13 ¼ inches, ink on vellum. George III appoints Thomas Carlos a lieutenant in the Second Royal Manx Regiment of Fencible Infantry.
