An oblong folio, 27.5 cm x 36.5 cm, the twenty-four plates are hand-numbered. Plates 1-6 are dated 1828. Plates 7 – 12 are dated 1829. Plate 13 is dated February 1, 1830. Plates 14 – 18 are dated 1831. Plates 19 – 24 are dated Sept. 1, 1832.

Cruikshank, George. Scraps and Sketches. Published by the artist, 22 Myddleton Terrace,  and sold by James Robins and Co., Ivy Lane, Paternoster Row. 1828-29-31-32. An oblong folio, 27.5 cm x 36.5 cm, the twenty-four etched plates are hand-numbered. Plates 1-6 are dated 1828. Plates 7 – 12 are dated 1829. Plate 13 is dated February 1, 1830. Plates 14 – 18 are dated 1831. Plates 19 – 24 are dated Sept. 1, 1832.  Bound in quarter blue Morocco on contemporary marbled boards, titled spine with the date 1828, with the book plate of William H Sage. The covers were reinforced with binder’s tape. The plates are generally bright and fine with occasional foxing on a few. There is one small marginal tear on the lower edge of Plate 23. Cohn 180.
