An introduction explains that the menus given are intended as representative for each of the four seasons, for a week, starting with breakfast on Sunday, giving instructions for preparing the meal. A prefatory excerpt from an editorial on Agate Iron Ware by Marion Harland extols the benefits of using and the ease of maintaining this cookware. Pristine condition.
